Your work classifying mosquitoes inspired me to start this database, with the goal of ranking mosquitoes, tracking individual cases, and eventually studying the statistics behind them.

The long-term idea behind this project is to one day make the database available to scientists, so they can better understand mosquito behaviour — and, hopefully, not use that knowledge to create deadlier mosquitoes as a weapon potentially far worse than a nuclear bomb.

It is also meant to leave a trace for future generations.
